Sports Physicals $30 

Sport Physicals are an important part of the year for students.  We need to make sure there are no conditions present that could lead to a injury during sports. Dr. Noah Swanson takes great detail during his exams! 

 

Please Allow 40 minutes for a Sport Physical, Chiropractic exam and adjusmtment. 

Please bring required forms from your school.

Parent required if student is under 18 years old. 

 

Exam Includes:

- Free Chiropractic exam and Adjustment! ($60 value)

- Lungs 

- Nervious System 

- Eyes, Ears, Nose and Throat

- Skin, Glands, Lungs 

- Heart Sound, Blood Pressure and Pulse 

- Students need not to worry; No private exams or hernia checks performed.
