Jenny Swanson, CMT + Movement Specialist

Jenny combines massage therapy with her background in kinesiology, foundation training, yoga, and corrective movement. Her approach blends relaxation and function — so tension relief, mobility, circulation, and nervous system support all work together in one session.

Two Hour Massage

An immersive session that moves beyond surface tension to systematically release long-held patterns throughout the body. 

75-Minute Massage

$195

A balanced session with time for both full-body work and one or two problem areas.

Regional Massage (30–45 min)

$120

Focused treatment for one specific area (neck, shoulders, low back, hips, etc.). Often recommended by Dr. Noah for injury or post-adjustment support.

90-Minute Massage

$235

Full-body reset with focused work on chronic areas of tension. Best for deep therapeutic work, injury recovery, or complete relaxation.

60-Minute Massage

$175

Targeted session for general muscle tension, stress relief, or maintenance care.
